Description
Came up with the theme after a serious artist block and since i havn´t done mechstuff i gave it a go.
First: Zeus
- bladelike parts around his neck represent the typical beard.
- Forearm is kind of a generator to make his lightning stuff happen.
- the flow of some parts should refer to a toga
and
- the eagle themed parts refer to the story of Ganymed.
Looking forward to do Hades or Medusa now.

I came across this because I’m working on a story (not sure if it’ll wind up a book, comic book or script for an anime) which tells the War of the Titans as a futuristic Sci Fi, with the Titans being A.I.’s that rule the world, and I am considering making the “gods” into Mechs that are piloted by humans. Your art here has inspired me to go in that direction.
Would you mind terribly if I used your art to inspire the design of mechs themselves in the story? I’m not 100% that’s the direction I want to go, but what you’ve come up with works so well with what I’m envisioning. You would certainly get a shout out in any book and if it becomes something visual Perhaps I can eventually commission something. That’s getting a little ahead of myself, though...
